Krav Maga has no rules, there is no limitation and everything is allowed. I teach my students how to deal with violent situations that ensure you get back home safely – the first rule in krav is avoid trouble the next rule is Know what to do if trouble can’t be avoided.

Almost every attack used in Krav Maga includes a strike to a weak point. Students practicing Krav Maga will gradually improve self- confidence, tolerance, restraint, physical fitness, flexibility and speed.

Krav Maga was created by the founder of the International Krav Maga Federation, Imi Lichtenfeld and was originally intended for the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces.) In order to provide civilians an appropriate method of self defense that would help them, Imi founded the IKMF.

The international Krav Maga Federation teaches the official Krav Maga System that was developed by the creator.  The IKMF is the best available Krav Maga in the world that is suitable for anyone to learn.
